How the help center works

  • The footer of each page names the build it describes. Opened from Get help in the app, the pages normally match the build shown at the foot of the sidebar. On the public help center they may be a release ahead or behind, so compare the two builds.
  • The Get help button in the app header opens the page for the screen you are on. A screen without a page of its own opens this home page. Getting help explains the button, the guided tours and how to contact TechPulse.
  • The search box above the page list filters the list by page title.
  • White-label partner documentation is not public. It opens inside the app, from the same Get help button, for the people allowed to read it: Administrators and white-label partner staff.
