Real-Time Progress Updates	• Live progress tracking for product synchronization between systems. • Batch operations with intelligent queuing keep the UI responsive during heavy processing.
Comprehensive Override System	• Global price/cost/margin overrides via Product Management screen. • Individual line-level overrides in Ready to Invoice grid. • Override values from Halo take precedence over distributor API data.
Assign Line Group	• Modify charge groupings via the Actions button in Ready to Invoice. • Select multiple lines and reassign to existing groups or create new ones on-the-fly.
Automap Unmatched SKUs	• Instantly identify charges without Halo product assignments. • Map unassigned items or create new products without leaving the grid. • Prevents invoice errors by ensuring all charges have proper assignments.
Enhanced Product Management	• View all charges associated with each product directly in Edit Product dialog. • Rename products in Halo without breaking existing mappings. • Create new Halo products as needed from within the product editor.
Manage Item Groups	• Comprehensive group management via Actions menu. • View all BillingBot-created groups and their assigned products. • Delete entire groups with all associated products in one action. • Bulk reassign products to different groups.
Automatic Product Updates	• Monthly price and cost updates based on actual charges. • Automatic propagation of updates to Halo including descriptions and SKUs. • Expanded sync to include Pax8 descriptions and corresponding SKU data.
